UNIQUE LETTER OPENER FROM STATE OF MARYLAND WITH COIN-LIKE EMBLEM, IN CASE

Description

This is a unique letter opener with an attractive, detailed top resembling a class, fraternity, or other organization coin.  It's in beautiful colors, including gold, blue, and red.  The words might be Latin and include (what appear to be) the following words--not necessarily in order since they circle around the center:
"SON-CORONASTI-SCVTO-SON-E-&-VOLVNATI-S-TVA"
Parts of the center picture include (what appear to be) a gentleman with cane, a knight in armor, a castle, and a crown.
The letter opener measures 7" long.  The emblem at the top has a 1.5" diameter.  The long blade-like opener looks like stainless steel.
The case is black and might be leather.  The letter opener slips into a pocket in this case.
