Founds in mom's estate.  One family owned.
I don't recall seeing the See-Saw but, I do recall the seagulls.  I recall thinking it had something to do with the book "Jonathon Livingston Seagull".
See-Saw is marked 1978.  Seagulls 1977.
Seagull span is 13"  Seesaw is 5"
Seagulls are plastic but other parts of both are metal
